From a technical perspective we perimeter the exact requirement and from a business perspective we ensure the directives and dealines are well defined. We also organize several workshops to demonstrate or discuss different modernization approaches where technical expertise, IBMi knowledges and scalability can be exchanged and better defined. The succesive step is to define a plan with all necessary resources with possible scalability options, setup the project management, governance and KPIs for the customer.

For each project we undertake, we engage with the client in a periodic quality review based on KPIs established beforehand.
